I feel that I now need to express my interest in Star Trek and it's universe. When Star Trek first came out in the 1960's I was only an infant. My Mom told me that when the original series was on, from time to time she use to nurse me while she was watching it. I never really knew that I was a Trekkie until roughly 4 years ago when I first went to a convention and fully enjoyed myself. Actually, I was never really a SF buff until I saw the first TNG episode air. It had taken TNG a while before it had gotten better, but I hung in there with it and I am glad that I did. Now that I am watching DS9 and Voyager I can't help but get excited for my and my husband's first child. Our new born son will be born in February of 1998. Bringing him into this wonderful world of ST is a joy for both of us.
