Hi. I wanted to add my own review about 'Trekkies' , so, here it is. I admit,
I never really became a Star Trek fan. (I know saying that here might be a
death wish. Well, just don't kill me, I like living.) Anyway, I've always
been fascinated by Star Trek fans. They always seemed to take their love of
the Star Trek Universe a bit too far. I love those sorta people. I wish there
were more cool documentaries like this out there. I had so much fun watching
these people, how they put Star Trek in ordinary life (for example, a dentist's
office). I just wish other fandoms would do this too. Although, I don't think
any fandom could live up to Star Trek (honestly, it's just too big to live
up to). Anyway, I loved this documentary. When it gets right down to it, here's
my advice to the brains behind this documentary: *Keep working, improve where
things need to be improved, and don't lose your spark.*
Well, thats it. I loved this thing, and I'm getting myself a copy very soon
(I rented it first). I honestly don't think this documentary could have gotten
better. One word used to pop in my head when I thought about documentaries..."boring".
'Trekkies' totally changed my opinion. ;)
Cya all on the other side,
